During the time April to June 2012, our website will be throughoutly re-structured for your comfort, better access and use of Tablet PCs. Modifications are mainly of graphical nature and will be made step by step, in fact, without any hindrances of your daily work or central access of your trading tools. It goes without saying that any ideas or proposals as how to approve our website or to add additional tools are more than welcome, and you will our email address for your contact at the end of this message.

We invite our clients to register first in our platform. The central registration is FREE and the base requirement for using our web services and likewise all communication with us so for enquiries. What we are? We are a trading group (NOT a marketplace) focused on energy-, gas, oil and petroleum and probably the first of its size, scope and independence in Europe. HANSE may suspend or lock access to our website for any reason and at any time for example in case of account inactivity or lack of offer-feedback. In this case, and for continuing using our services, you are invited to subscribe in Business Class BASE (fee based). Any active trading- or brokerage activities require principally a Business License (Broker,Trader or both jointly in PersonaLUnion).

Finally, a word on your account login and subscription or license fees: license fees are generally fully refundable on any transaction concluded during the first three months upon application. Even your BASE Subscription Fee can be set-off against License Fees, in fact, only within the first three months after approval of your subscription. Unattended accounts and messages will be automatically deleted in irregular intervals which step is irreversible and any new registration would require your Business Class BASE subscription (fee based).Thank you.

Note: If you obtain products or services from HANSE your Client ID will change to a new 6 digit number. In some instances license holders or BASE Subscribers may get more than one ID. Implementation of a new software platform may impact some of your business transactions but may not apply to all customers, vendors or suppliers.
